Thank you for your understanding!

Classes are held at

ballet

We offer fun and structured Royal Academy of Dance inspired lessons to children aged 3-9 years.

Lyrical

While ballet is the technical base for all styles of dance, contemporary could be seen as its emotive counterpart.  Lyrical dance is similar to contemporary, however it draws more on the lyrics of the song to inform the movements.

hip hop

'Hip' = present 'Hop' = action.

High energy street dance and lots of fun!

jazz

Jazz is an upbeat style of dance that teaches students to bring power, strength and confidence to their movements. Learning new moves to their favourite pop songs in a high energy environment, the children are sure to have a great time.

move with me

Move with Me is a sweet introduction to dance, offering your little one a chance to explore music and movement in a happy and nurturing environment. This class is designed for children 3 - 4 years old. Based in ballet, this session incorporates jazz, storytelling through movement, play with props and more!

Dance Together
MuM & Tots

Dance Together is designed for little ones 2 - 3 years of age who love to dance but still prefer to do so with a guardian present. It's a fun and energetic session, guided by our specialist teacher, that is sure to engage your tiny dancer all while allowing you to bond.

Rosie spent 5 years competing as a cheerleader and 9 years competing in the Hiphop scene both in the Philippines and the U.S. She then coached her own cheerleading team for 12 years - which eventually became National Champions for several years and Philippine representatives for World Cheer Competitions, before moving to Singapore. Through her training as a competitive cheerleader and dancer, she has formulated her own fitness regimen that she in turn teaches to teams she coaches and groups she handles.

She also worked in The Little Gym, Philippines as a Lead Instructor which gave her strong training in child education and development. She used that training and knowledge and incorporated it in her kids dance classes - giving importance on teaching through positive feedback and creating an environment where learning can be fun and nurturing.

Rosie also worked with the biggest tv network in the Philippines. She was the head choreographer of a dance tv series and has staged numerous dance productions for several tv shows.

Adding to her fitness resumè, she recently finished taking her Pilates Reformer Instructor course and is now a qualified Pilates instructor as well.

Xenia Tan

Craig Dale, also known to students as Mr. C, is Katie Van Camp's husband and is involved with many aspects of KT Creative's day-to-day operations. You'll often see him around the studio with their daughter, Ivy. Craig is a former certified swim instructor and summer camp counsellor with years of experience working with kids.

His lifelong love of music started decades ago when his parents would take him to ABBA concerts and symphony performances in between spinning LPs on lazy weekends in their home outside Toronto, Canada. He picked up the guitar as a teenager and has been playing ever since.

His classes help children become familiar with the basics of music, including beats and rhythms, getting to know the sounds/names of different instruments, and making up ridiculous rhymes for silly songs.

Xenia started her dance journey in ballet at 5 years old. She eventually switched over to street dance, training in Hip Hop under NTU MJ Hip Hop dance club.

She has since performed in multiple dance concerts and participated in various competitions in Singapore.

“I just want to share with more people the joy and peace that dance brings me.”

Candy has over 18 years experience teaching various styles of dance. Trained in Classical Ballet, Contemporary Dance, and Modern Jazz at the Australian Dance Performance Institute in Brisbane, Australia, she graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Arts (Dance Performance). Candy is also a Registered Teacher of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD, UK) and the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD, Australia), having completed the Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and the Teaching Diploma in Modern Jazz, respectively.
During her 10 years in Hong Kong, Candy worked at Vivian Kwok School of Ballet and DMR School of Ballet. She teaches RAD Ballet, CSTD Modern Jazz, and (Australian Teachers of Dance, Australia) ATOD Jazz Moves for students from 3 years old to advanced levels and has choreographed for several dance productions and competitions in ballet and modern jazz.

- Nicola Van Domburg

"My daughters absolutely love their ballet classes with Ms Katie. It is easy to see why Ms Katie has them all eating out of her hand: she has the rare trifecta of what makes a wonderful teacher - experience, joy and the ability to impart her knowledge. The kids are beaming when they go into class and beaming when they come out. It is a true gift that Ms Katie has to be able to foster such a love of ballet and instil such joy and creativity in the hearts and minds of little ones."

- Nittaya Thapthimsai

"It is wonderful to see how our daughter, Ella, adores Katie and absolutely loves her classes. After class Ella talks about how she needs to practice for the next session and shows us her dancing. Every morning she asks me if there is Creative Dance on that day. It's her favourite part of the week!"

- Nisa Chauhan

"Alyssa absolutely loves her Creative Dance classes with KT Creative! She has so much fun and has started to show self confidence and self expression. Her face just beams each time she exits the class! Katie, thank you for providing such a fun and exciting learning environment for Alyssa!"
