1. Acknowledgment of Terms
By signing up and submitting the signed registration form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Registration
KT Creative will send you our registration and medical form to fill out and sign. KT Creative does not have a registration fee, however trial sessions are paid for individually at the hourly rate of the session + $5 admin fee. If a trial participant chooses to sign up to the full term, the term fees will be pro-rated to reflect the remaining weeks of the term. Upon sign-up, the full pro-rated term fee must be paid before the commencement of the programme. No child will be permitted into classes if payment has not been made. Please provide a withdrawal letter by email one month before the end of term or we will assume your child will continue in their current classes and prepare your invoice accordingly. It is parents responsibility to check the new schedule timings when they are sent out to see if class time or day of the week has changed.

3. Term Fees
Term fees for currently enrolled students who wish to reserve their spots will be collected in full one and a half months prior to the commencement of classes. This is so that KT Creative is able to hold your child’s spot before opening sign up to new students. Payment of term fees secures your child’s place in the programme. After the priority enrolment date, new students will be able to register. If you have not made payment for the term then we will not hold your child’s spot and you will need to re-register and in some cases join the waitlist.

4. Drop-in classes are charged by the class + $8 and are only available for select classes.

5. Siblings will receive a 2.5% discount for full term enrolment, provided each child is signed up for the full term. This is only applicable for classes 45 mins and above. Should you withdraw midterm the 2.5% will be deducted from the refund.

6. Late Payments
There will be a grace period of 2 weeks after the invoice due date where KT Creative will continue to hold a currently enrolled students’ spot, however there will be a 5% late payment fee added if payment is not made by the original due date. Invoices will arrive via Zoho’s accounting system. Please check your spam/junk folders for invoices. If you have not received an invoice a month before your child’s next term, please email ktcreativesg@gmail.com

7. Make-Up Sessions
Group classes: Make-up sessions are only offered to the full group if KT Creative has to cancel a session. The date and time is subject to studio and teacher availability. The makeup class is not based on the students’ availability as we cannot accommodate everyone. We will however try to offer them a chance to join another class to make up the session.

If your child misses a session for any reason we do not offer a make-up class.
In the event of long-term or serious illness/injury, credit notes may be granted against the next term’s fees on a case-by-case basis with a medical certificate and with a limit of 2 sessions per student, per term. Such things as common cold and flu will not be considered.

8. Use of Photos
Any photos taken during KT Creative events, workshops, or classes may be used for marketing our programs. Should you not wish your child’s image to be used please let us know by sending us an email at the start of each term.

9. Scheduling of One-to-One Sessions (Private / Semi-Private classes)
Our one-to-one sessions occur in the added hours each teacher is able to offer the studio. Should you wish to book a private session, please send us a WhatsApp message to +65 90682359 or an email to ktcreativesg@gmail.com and we will help you to arrange. To cancel a private session we require 24 hour notice to schedule a make-up class. Our teachers hold this slot for the private session so require this notice and the studio is unable to make exceptions.

10. Withdrawal Policy
A one-month written notice is required to withdraw from classes. However, if withdrawal is requested after the fourth week of the term, no refunds will be granted.

11. Special Events / Workshops
KT Creative may on occasion offer complimentary or chargeable workshops exclusively for KT Creative students. Payment must be made for chargeable workshops by the due date on the invoice to secure your spot. For complimentary sessions KT Creative will collect an administrative sign up fee of $10 per student to cover venue cost and to ensure better commitment of the attendees.

KT Creative Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at its discretion. Enrolled parents will be notified on the school WhatsApp group and any changes will be effective immediately.
